Located in the centre of Borgo di Montozzi, the first floor of this building, already a stable and a potter workshop in the 18th century, was recently restructured in front of a huge panoramic yard. Apart from modernising the pottery workshop for the extra virgin olive oil of the farm, with its annexes, there are also two other rooms. One small room for the shop where we sell typical products from the farm and a bigger room, about 85 square metres which is used as a conference room, tasting and breakfast room.

The room "LA SCUDERIA" is furnished with ancient Tuscan furniture, terracotta floor, terracotta vault ceiling, big stone fireplace and illuminated with lamps and chandeliers in wrought iron.
The centre is equipped with bathrooms (one handicap-friendly) and a rustic kitchen with fireplace.
