From frantoio, moraiolo, leccino, pendolino olives.
Deep green colour, just after pressing, as time goes by the golden tone increases. Intense fruity perfume with tones of artichoke, fresh cut grass. Elegant, complex, rich and delicate taste. With tones of aromatic herbs, rosemary and almonds.
