We are at your disposal to give you advice and help you make your stay at Castello di Montozzi the most special and authentic experience

- Final cleaning: €80.00 (€160.00 for Villa La Collina)

- Possible small local tax to be paid subject to Municipality laws

OUR TERMS: 

- Arrival : between 4 pm and 7 pm or as per previous agreement

- Departure : by 10.00 am or as per previous agreement

- Security deposit to be paid at your arrival:€ 150,00 (€ 250,00 for Villa La Collina)

- Swimming pool opening period: generally from mid May to end of September ( the exact date will be decided according to weather conditions )

- Booking deposit of 30% of the total rent

- Final payment: to be paid 30 days before your arrival

Cancellation penalties :

- 50% of the booking deposit if your cancellation is received 60 days or more before your arrival;

- 100% of the booking deposit if your cancellation is received less than 60 days before your arrival;

- 50% of the total fee, if your cancellation is received less than 30 days before your arrival
